This year, as part of the last phase of our three-year strategic plan, we worked with Maybourne to introduce dynamic content optimisation (DCO) into their Paid Social and Programmatic advertising campaigns. DCO is unique in that it allows us to improve ad performance by switching messaging and updating creative assets to improve performance and reduce creative ad fatigue.
To implement this, VERB’s Paid and Creative teams worked together with the client to design new master templates for both Display and Paid Social ads for each hotel. Starting with Claridge’s, we produced a narrative that partnered with the creative assets used, tailoring the messaging throughout the funnel. We saw some amazing results after launching these revised ads, for Display in particular, since launch we acquired a 101% increase in revenue, 64% uplift in ROAS and a 75% uplift in CTR MoM.
