Web Account Manager


The Web Account Manager will be assisting with our largest and most prestigious accounts as well as independently managing smaller web projects. 

The role is a key part of the client services team with the main focus around building strong client relationships and strategies with Verb’s web clients. You should be able to use strategic and analytical skills to expand on our client web accounts whilst incorporating SEO, Paid and Social services into strategies. 

  • Identifying data-driven opportunities in order to present to clients each quarter 
  • Demonstrate a deeper understanding of client accounts such as goals & budgets in order to make strategic recommendations 
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of SEO in order to upsell/cross-sell to clients 
  • Assist Senior Account Manager in building annual client strategies 
  • Work alongside the Senior Account Manager to expand the Client Services Team with the goal of introducing larger e-commerce projects to Verb’s portfolio 
  • Demonstrate the ability to nurture clients by scoring above average on CSS surveys 
  • Stay up to update with the luxury online industry and share insights, knowledge, and trends with clients
