Web Account Executive


The Web Account Executive will be assisting with our largest and most prestigious website accounts as well as independently managing smaller web projects on their own under supervision. 

The role is a key part of the web team with the main focus around building strong client relationships and strategies with Verb’s web clients. You should be able to use strategic and analytical skills to expand on our client web accounts through both upselling and cross-selling 

  • Supporting the Account Manager and Senior Account Manager in delivering web projects for clients 
  • Being the direct point of contact for your selected clients and dealing with them confidently and professionally 
  • To be able to confidently present ideas to clients and to guide them through the website process and look to grow the accounts by helping clients implement the ideas 
  • Assist Senior Account Manager in building annual client strategies, decks and presentations 
  • To be able to speak to the client and understand exactly what they are looking for creatively and then working with the design team to make sure it is executed properly 
  • To develop a strong understanding of working with luxury brands online 
  • Working with the development team to make sure they have all the information they need and to be able to keep the client informed with ongoing work 
  • Excellent communication and verbal skills to interact directly with clients 
  • Stay up to date with the luxury online industry and share insights, knowledge, and trends with clients
