Paid Media Account Manager


To be a prominent member of the Paid Media team, showing passion for what you do and focusing on building excellent client relationships whilst delivering industry leading results.  We are a small but fast growing independent agency that services the world’s leading luxury and premium clients, across all media channels.  You will successfully manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts billing an average of c.£20,000 / month.  Not only will you push your clients to the cutting edge of Paid Media, in its entirety, you will also identify other ways in which they can meet & exceed their business objectives through Paid Media. You will have a broad technical understanding of Paid Media including Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic and use these skills to build on our clients success. 


To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Use your technical skills to deliver beyond the expectations of your clients 
  • Set clear and attainable KPI targets with each of your clients.  Ensure action plans are in place to achieve these and provide comprehensive reporting to keep your clients up to date and focused on the agreed objectives
  • Own a dynamic portfolio of clients, taking full responsibility of their campaigns from planning to launch, through to ongoing optimisation, reporting & strategic 
  • development.  
  • Develop strong client relationships with key stakeholders and through this achieve & maintain +80% client satisfaction scores
  • Proactively schedule and lead client meetings & calls.  Strategy meetings to take place once per quarter, with other meetings/calls in-between as required
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of self-motivation and self-drive by regularly putting forward new ideas & solutions that will enable your clients to meet & exceed their business goals
  • Provide mentorship & guidance to Account Executives, supporting them with all areas including technical skills, time management, critical thinking & problem solving and client communication skills.
  • Expand your knowledge of other channels, using this to cross-sell enhanced strategy solutions to your clients, where you believe it is applicable to their needs
